Hi, I'm Laetitia Andrac.
I'm a Strategy & Energetics Mentor working at the intersection of intuitive business wisdom, strategic planning, and transformational leadership to help impact-driven entrepreneurs build purposeful, sustainable businesses.
With over 15 years in business and leadership, I've learned that success requires both solid strategy and deep inner work. I support women who are ready to move beyond surface-level tactics and connect with their unique intuitive intelligence to create lasting impact.
I'm not only the founder of Essential Shift Consulting but also the CEO of Understanding Zoe, a social enterprise supporting neurodivergent children to feel understood and included - work that's deeply personal to me as a neurodivergent entrepreneur and mother.
My facilitation style blends business savvy with spiritual depth, helping entrepreneurs navigate the upper limits that traditional blueprints can't address. I'm particularly passionate about what I call 'business alchemy' - transforming vision into sustainable reality through both strategic action and energetic alignment.
I co-created the Stillness & Strategy Retreat because I've seen too many purpose-driven entrepreneurs burn out trying to force growth without honoring their natural rhythms and intuitive wisdom. This retreat is a space to step back, breathe deeply, and reconnect with both your strategic clarity and inner knowing.
Outside of work, I'm a croissant enthusiast, ocean lover, and devoted mama to two little girls. My neurodivergent brain (Autistic and ADHD) brings a unique perspective to everything I do, and I'm learning to embrace the beautiful complexity of being multi-passionate.
Hi, I’m Dr Zoë.
I’m a feminist business coach, facilitator, and strategist - working at the intersection of feminist leadership, systems thinking, and storytelling to help women and gender-diverse people grow meaningful, balanced, purpose-led businesses.
I’m an award-winning startup founder and currently the Growth & Impact Lead at Lift Women, where I support women entrepreneurs across Asia-Pacific to scale with confidence, clarity, and values-alignment.
I also run Raise the Crowd, a consulting studio that supports purpose-led diversity founders to grow businesses that create systems-level change.
With a PhD in feminist consciousness raising and certified facilitation training from the Groupwork Institute, I bring both rigour and softness to my work. My facilitation style is spacious, strategic, and a little bit spiritual - designed to hold you through moments of clarity, contradiction, and big-picture visioning. I’m especially passionate about small-group process, collective reflection, and the kind of insight that only emerges in stillness.
I co-created the Stillness & Strategy Retreat because I’ve seen how often women put themselves last, especially the ones building things that matter. This retreat is a space to breathe, recalibrate, and come back to your work with clarity, structure, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Outside of work, I’m a DJ and amateur dancer with a soft spot for slow mornings, pottering and feminist histories. I live in Castlemaine on Dja Dja Wurrung Country with my husband and dog, trying to practice what I preach (with varying levels of success).

For me, this experience has opened up the space that I needed to take my existing group coaching program to the next level. It's given me an amazing community of women to test ideas and concepts with, all whilst connecting in a way that's real and authentic.
It has been an amazing experience - the location is divine. We did drumming and cacao ceremonies, gathered around the fireplace, and indulged in the most incredible food, all made by our talented chef.

Is this a tax-deductible business expense?
Yes. If you’re self-employed and live in Australia or in the US, the retreat fee is likely to be a tax-deductible business expense.
Why? Because the retreat provides training to maintain or improve skills you need in your trade or business.
Double-check with your tax preparer to make sure this can be a deduction for you – but in most instances, it will be.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we can offer you a payment plan if required and we are flexible with what timeframe suits your needs.

No. This is a 2 night, 3 day retreat, so there are no refunds or cancellations. Unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
