Hi! I'm Laetitia Andrac.

I am a Strategy & Energetics Mentor for impact-driven entrepreneurs ready to grow their business in alignment.

Also known as a ‘Business Doula’, holding sacred space for you to birth your dream business.

I guess you could call me a bit woo-woo/spiritual and passionate about mindfulness.

I'm also a podcast host, speaker, author, former leader, a croissant addict 🏖🌊 ocean lover and a proud mama of two little girls.

Yes, it is hard to define myself with one title or headline (maybe due to my ADHD brain).

In a nut shell, I’m multi-passionate with one mission: helping you create a purposeful life and business by tuning into your intuition.

It hasn’t always been as crystal clear, and I had to go through essential shifts to get there. The name of my business, 'Essential Shift' is a reminder of that process.

I have an insatiable curiosity and energy dedicated to empowering you to reach your own business goals intuitively with impact, along with mindful, effective frameworks.

I blend strategy and business savvy with deep energy work, intuition and quantum transformation.

Here are a few answers to our most common questions

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you're most comfortable in. And whatever you don't mind being photographed in 😊 Dress will be casual and classy.

What happens after I join?

Almost immediately after joining The Intentional Planning Workshop, you'll receive a welcome email with all of the details.

What should I bring?

All of the usual stuff you'd take on a day trip. Your laptop if you wish to bring it (it's not necessary). Your favourite pen and a notepad.

What is the cost?

For members of The Circle, it's FREE!
For anyone outside of the membership, $180.

Is this a tax-deductible business expense?

Yes. If you’re self-employed and live in Australia or in the US, your workshop fee is likely to be a tax-deductible business expense.

Why? Because thi workshop provides training to maintain or improve skills you need in your trade or business.

Categorize the workshop as an “education expense,” “professional training,” or “professional membership/association dues.”

Double-check with your tax preparer to make sure this can be a deduction for you – but in most instances, it will be.

Saving money on taxes – while growing a sustainable business? Win-win. Smart move.

Are there refunds?

Full refund is provided if cancelled over 90 days out. 50% refund provided if more than 30 days out. After that, tickets become non-refundable, but are transferable to a friend.

How much time do I need to set aside for this workshop?

The in-person session will run for 6 hours from 10am to 4pm. There is an optional lunch (at your own costs) for those who wish to attend. The live recorded session will be available with unlimited replays, so you can re-watch, pause and take notes as required.

I don't live in Australia. Can I join?

Absolutely! We welcome workshop members from all over the world to join us for the online workshop. We have people who attended my previous workshop from France, UK, Canada, US, Spain, UAE,… basically all over the world!

We are in Sydney, so all of our meetings and events are planned in AEST/AEDT. However, we love welcoming our overseas sisters 😍

Can I cancel anytime?

It's a quarterly workshop that can't be canceled.

How often am I billed?

This event is FREE for members of The Circle. For anyone outside of the membership, it is a one time payment of $180.

What if I’d like more private coaching after the workshop?

If you require additional sessions, we can arrange based on your needs at an additional fee. Feel free to email me at hello@essentialshift.co and I can discuss your options with you.
