With over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting and entrepreneurship, Laetitia understands the daily challenges of successful entrepreneurs. After experiencing burnout herself, she developed the LIGHT framework to help entrepreneurs reconnect with their intuition and create soul-aligned businesses.

Paige's journey into design began at the age of 15 when she started her first business, sparking a deep passion for entrepreneurship and creativity. By the time she was 20, she had founded Prism + Fleur Design Studio, which quickly evolved into a multifaceted design and creative consultancy.
