A little bit about me...

Hi! I'm Laetitia Andrac.

I am a Strategy & Energetics Mentor for impact-driven entrepreneurs leaping to multi-6 & 7 figures.

Also known as a ‘Business Doula’, holding sacred space for you to birth your dream business.

I guess you could call me a bit woo-woo/spiritual and passionate about mindfulness.

I'm also a podcast host, speaker, author, former leader, a croissant addict 🏖🌊 ocean lover and a proud mama of two little girls.

Yes, it is hard to define myself with one title or headline (maybe due to my ADHD brain).

In a nut shell, I’m multi-passionate with one mission: helping you create a purposeful life and business by tuning into your intuition.

It hasn’t always been as crystal clear, and I had to go through essential shifts to get there. The name of my business, 'Essential Shift' is a reminder of that process.

I have an insatiable curiosity and energy dedicated to empowering you to reach your own business goals intuitively with impact, along with mindful, effective frameworks.

The way I work is unique…

I blend strategy and business savvy with deep energy work, intuition and quantum transformation.

When you hit your upper limit, all the business blueprints in the world won’t unlock your success. You need to go deeper and connect with your unique intuition to experience transformation on another level.

At the same time, you can’t just “manifest” success with mindset, mindfulness and spiritual practices, without solid strategy, innovation and marketing plans.

I have an authentic ‘say it as it is’ approach and business savvy gained from over 15+ years in business and leadership. Because of this, I guide women to create business alchemy through a highly strategic lens.

And very soon, I'll be able to call myself an author 😊
